Marcus Jordan, the son of\u00a0NBA great Michael Jordan,<\/u><\/a> broke his silence on social media, days after he was arrested in Florida on multiple charges, including possession of cocaine.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Marcus, 34, addressed the news about\u00a0his arrest<\/u><\/a> on his Instagram Thursday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I appreciate everyone reaching out. I\u2019m focusing on @trophyroomstore right now and won\u2019t be making any comments on recent media stories and my personal life,” Marcus said in a post.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He tagged his personal business, an Orlando boutique dedicated to Michael Jordan\u2019s career.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I sincerely appreciate your concerns & thank you for your kind understanding,” Jordan added.<\/p>\n

Marcus was booked into the Orange County Jail Tuesday on charges of cocaine possession, resisting arrest and DUI property damage or personal injury. Fox News Digital reached out to Jordan\u2019s representatives for comment.<\/p>\n

Dashcam video from the\u00a0Seminole County Sheriff’s Office<\/u><\/a> in Florida showed Marcus\u2019 Lamborghini SUV speeding away from deputies shortly before officers with the Maitland Police Department found his vehicle stuck on railroad tracks.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to an arrest report, officers asked Marcus to step out of the vehicle after they detected an order of alcohol. Officers then noted that they observed slurred speech and confusion.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A bag of cocaine was also found in Marcus\u2019 pants, according to the arrest report.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Marcus also identified himself during the stop as the son of the former\u00a0Chicago Bulls<\/u><\/a> star.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Bro, I\u2019m Marcus Jordan. I\u2019m Michael Jordan\u2019s son,” he told officers, according to the\u00a0New York Post<\/u><\/a>. “I\u2019m not doing anything wrong. I\u2019m just trying to get home. And I made a wrong turn, OK?”<\/p>\n

Marcus is the second-oldest child of Michael Jordan. He previously made headlines after entering into a relationship with Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of his father\u2019s former teammate, Scottie Pippen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The couple split last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n
