106 Baker Street – restaurant review

When I was a child, arriving at Baker Street meant one thing: a trip to the dentist. The family tooth-twiddler and gum numb-er was three minutes’ walk from the Tube; my mother would take us to the Thorntons in the station afterwards to appease us and undo his good work.
